The artist have been busy jumping right into the first half of the Drawing and Painting Session. Their first works were inspired by Klimt’s Tree of Life. The artists explored his use of lines and repeating geometric shapes before creating their own trees. We followed Klimt by spying natural and organic shapes in Henri Matisse’s collages. finally my artists had a chance to “draw with scissors” as they made their own natural and organic shape collage.
