I received the kind of email that every teacher appreciates the most last week and I wanted to share it with you.
“I wanted to write and tell you how much Kai is enjoying Mini Monets at CLC-NHHN on Tuesday mornings! He tells us about what you do in class and, knowing him as we do, it is easy to see that he enjoys that time and the activities you do. I feel it has really stimulated his creativity and his already-insatiable thirst for knowledge. It is exciting for Ken and I to see his artwork evolve too, even in the brief time he has been enrolled. I brought him his previous artwork last night and I’m going to display it at home…
I appreciate the passion you have for teaching young children about the creation and appreciation of art. It takes a special person to be gifted as an artist, and to also have the ability to share it and instill excitement in young kids about the boundless world of art is just fantastic! I am so glad Kai told us he wanted to take art class.
