Monochromatic Jungles

This week, our Monochromatic Jungles in the style of Henri Rousseau will be hanging on the walls of our schools. A monochromatic painting is where an artist uses one color. We mixed black and white to create a sense of depth and overlapping within our picture. When you add black to any color, it is known as a shade, and when white is added to a color, it is known as a tint. Pictures will be posted soon.

New paintings start this week!
