Hello!
At all the Mini Monets schools this week, our first works of art are being hung on the wall. These galleries will showcase our first creations, My Sea Creatures. They are mixed media ocean scenes that were inspired by Eric Carle’s Mister Seahorse. There were group discussions about how the sea creatures in the book were created by using different types of lines.We used colored pencils, oil pastels, markers and crayons to create these pictures. I managed to grab a quick shot of the gallery at Children’s Learning Center of Wilmington. I hope you enjoy their work!
