Greetings!
I can’t believe September is already over and my first month of Mini Monets for the year. As an introduction, we’ve discussed Kandinsky’s abstract art and his use of different lines and shapes. We have started exploring different types of collages for our next project. We will continue with Lines and Shapes for October, especially non geometric, or free form, shapes.
I am getting a great response from my students. They are enjoying the creativity and opportunities Mini Monets provides. It’s so wonderful to hear a student tell me that Mini Monets is the favorite part of their day!
